上海勁力律師事務(wù)所成立于2005年10月,是一家具有專業(yè)資質(zhì)，以超前的發(fā)展意識(shí)和新型管理理念為經(jīng)營(yíng)方針的綜合性律師事務(wù)所。 現(xiàn)有40名執(zhí)業(yè)律師，主要是經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、能勝任特色業(yè)務(wù)的資深律師和洋溢蓬勃活力、富于探索精神的青年律師團(tuán)隊(duì)。
　　經(jīng)過十年多的發(fā)展、探索，事務(wù)所現(xiàn)已形成了自己的特色業(yè)務(wù)體系和科學(xué)的管理經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制，且在社會(huì)法律服務(wù)方面取得了驕人的成績(jī)。自成立以來，年均受理案件700余件，每年遞增30%。本所在離婚糾紛、交通事故糾紛，勞動(dòng)糾紛、公司糾紛、民間借貸糾紛、刑事案件、企業(yè)法律顧問、企業(yè)兼并重組等業(yè)務(wù)方面均有專業(yè)的律師，他們辦理了大量的相關(guān)案件，形成了自己的專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)。同時(shí)本所還率先采用了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作模式，由各個(gè)特色業(yè)務(wù)的律師組成專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)，為公司客戶提供全方位的非訴、訴訟法律服務(wù)。本所針對(duì)當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)需求，以業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)部為人才平臺(tái)，特別推出了“中小企業(yè)法律服務(wù)計(jì)劃”，采用團(tuán)隊(duì)化運(yùn)作模式。他們廣泛的業(yè)務(wù)能力為客戶提供了更全面、更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)，也提高本所的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
　　本所積極參與社會(huì)法律服務(wù)項(xiàng)目，為化解社會(huì)矛盾，維護(hù)社會(huì)安定作出了自己的貢獻(xiàn)。2008年12月，本所與普陀區(qū)長(zhǎng)征鎮(zhèn)司法所結(jié)對(duì)為共建單位，成立“社區(qū)矯正法律辦公室”，為廣大社區(qū)矯正人員提供法律服務(wù)。2009年4月，本所與普陀區(qū)宜川路街道司法所及其下屬的19個(gè)居委會(huì)簽訂了“結(jié)對(duì)共建協(xié)議書”，約定發(fā)揮各自優(yōu)勢(shì)，為宜川街道的居民提供法律咨詢服務(wù)，定時(shí)定點(diǎn)做主題講座，做好基層法律服務(wù)。2012-2016年，本所又陸續(xù)與曹陽(yáng)街道、長(zhǎng)壽街道、石泉街道旗下居委會(huì)提供定時(shí)定點(diǎn)法律服務(wù)。

In 2008 December, we had established “Community negligent law office” for help negligent people to provide legal services partnerships with Putuo district Changzheng town. In 2009 April, we had built “Partner co-construction agreement”, partnerships with Putuo district Yichuan street Justice(include 19 neighborhood committee belongs Yichuan street) , bring all positive factors into play, do lectures in timing, provide basic legal services. In 2013, we had partnerships with Putuo district jail of co-construction units, consult lawyers about legal services.In 2014, we had partnerships with Changshou district jail of co-construction units, consult lawyers about legal services.In 2015, we had partnerships with Caoyang district of co-construction units, time fixed point to provide legal services.
