Ensure quality systems(IATF16949/FMEA/CP/SOP/Audit)and standards(SOP..) are in place and make sure they are followed 4. Help to protect internal /external customers against failures in the problem solving process 5. Drive supplier management Dept to manage outsource parts and componets quality to meet Danfoss‘s requirement. Background & Skills The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 1.Degree qualified in a relevant manufacturing, engineering or other industrial discipline 2.4 or above years min as a fully educated quality engineer or above in an ISO or TS approved electronical manufacturing company，Priority in automative industry.second in machinery industry or electronic industry. 3.Trained quality auditor with experience of internal and external audits.Priority are IATF16949 auditor and VDA6.3 auditor. 4.Strong working knowledge and formally trained in PFMEA, Control Plans, Cap Studies & 8Ds 5.Good problem solving skills applying standard quality tools 6.Strong working passion and positive with ownership and take over high pressure working load. 7.Fluent in English (written and spoken) --Mandatory Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
