崗位職責(zé):
Responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain the local customers in shanghai, proatively collect project information, understand the customer needs and provide solutions;
負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)上海區(qū)域內(nèi)的Local客戶,發(fā)現(xiàn)并收集項(xiàng)目信息,了解客戶需求并提供解決方案
2. To deefine sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager;
同銷售經(jīng)理一起制定銷售策略,利潤(rùn),市場(chǎng)份額等
3. To develop sales agent/distributor and manage the channel partners;
開(kāi)發(fā)管理必要的代理商和分銷商
4. Sell SAMSON products via channel or directly to customers ;
通過(guò)直銷或渠道方式銷售薩姆森產(chǎn)品
Qualifications:
任職資格
1. 1-3 years working sales experience in Chemistry field; good knowledge on valve products;
1-3年以上化工行業(yè)閥門銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn), 良好的閥門產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。
2. Bachelor's degree major in chemical / mechanical engineering;
學(xué)士或以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械或化工類專業(yè)
3. Fluent in written and spoken English;
英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)聽(tīng)說(shuō)流利
4. Good interpersonal communication skill;
良好的溝通能力
5. Experienced in large project sales; ability to follow up and keep daily contact as well as business negotiation;
具備大項(xiàng)目銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),諸如項(xiàng)目跟蹤,日常接觸,談判能力
