Main Accountabilities - Be packaging work stream leader for regional projects and sustainable packaging projects - Interpret the project brief and determine the project network, required technical development tasks with strong packaging background and self-guidance.

- Lead the technical development activities on daily basis. - Responsible to define and design packaging solution for the regional innovation project, considering technical input of key deployment countries, supplier capability and the cost target, deliver packaging that meets the required quality / technical standards and delights the consumer/ builds brand love - Lead the sustainability projects that will deliver Unilever’s sustainability ambitions and commitments - Lead packaging design fit for purpose validation (consumer evaluation, packing testing, line trials, transit trial etc.) - Conduct lab experiments to validate the packaging, including at supplier’s end. - Define and write technical specifications for the big bets innovation, renovation and other local initiative projects. - Verbally or in writing communicate internally and externally (supplier, agency, the rest of Unilever), e.g. presentation and reports with high quality by themselves 【任職要求】 Key Skills - Passion for innovating with internal curiosity and drive to find answers - Creative in packaging design and solutions, external orientation, appetite to explore new ideas and find beauty solution - Desire to make the world a better place for all - Know the pros and cons of different pack format and could give suggestion to new product according to new brief - Flexibility in work style to be able to manage multiple projects - Strong project management skill (including rigorous risk management and problem-solving skills) - Strong organization, planning skills and information management - Strong communication, Influencing and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin - Strong team work spirit

Relevant Experience - Bachelor or Master Degree in a packaging engineering or polymer material science related areas. - Min 2-3 years in the packaging development experience - Demonstrate the understanding of packaging development process and quality standards used to design and develop the primary and secondary packaging component that meets consumer, brand, customer and manufacturing objectives.
