Ensure that designs are coordinated and comply with all Exyte Standards, Local Authority Codes / Guidelines and Client Design Guides / URS / Standards, as well as industry best practice such as GMP / GLP / LEED / Green Building. 7. Prepare, attend and manage project meetings, presentations, working sessions, site walks, site measures and design reviews with clients, contractors, engineers, authorities, suppliers and other project team members. Prepare and submit detailed meeting minutes for your scope of the works. 8. Inspect on site during construction to ensure safety, quality, schedule and compliance with all design documents. Identify and proactively solve detailing or coordination issues which may occur. Manage all relevant package change orders and design changes to Exyte’s and the client’s best interest. 9. Actively anticipate problems which may occur on projects, and avoid / prevent them from occurring.
