Represent and communicate the Bestseller Code of Conduct Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Garment or Purchasing Engineer is preferred 2. 5+ years sourcing/buying and production experience from fashion or retail business 3. Strong fashion mind and business sense 4. Strong experience of Sourcing including offshore (APAC) 5. Strong in adapting strategies 6. Strong Leadership and Management qualities 7. Structured processes best suiting business environment 8. Manufacturing, product and costing knowledge 9. Proven track record 10. Excellent negotiation and communication skills 11. Used to travel (domestic/international) 12. Self-starter, proactive and results oriented 13. Fluent in English
