評估電機產(chǎn)品需求,分析可用的技術(shù)解決方案,為伺服電機和主電機制定最佳的結(jié)構(gòu)設計,包括熱設計方案
執(zhí)行電機的結(jié)構(gòu)設計,動態(tài)和熱的仿真和計算,方案驗證及優(yōu)化
建立BOM,創(chuàng)建3D模型和2D圖紙,以及在Teamcenter里的數(shù)據(jù)維護等
負責量產(chǎn)電機的日常生產(chǎn)維護, 國產(chǎn)化和本地化工作,進行質(zhì)量優(yōu)化、設計改進及降本等方案輸出和跟蹤確認
考慮生產(chǎn)制造的要求,如防呆設計,DFX等
跟進電機結(jié)構(gòu)件的加工、制造、樣機裝配以及測試與產(chǎn)品驗證等
電機零部件的鑒定和批準
為客戶、服務、測試、生產(chǎn)、供應商等提供技術(shù)支持
協(xié)同采購/元器件/物流工程師一同開發(fā)電機零件的供應商,與供應商溝通產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求
部門經(jīng)理安排的其他任務
What do I need to qualify for this job? BS degree or above in electromechanics, mechanical engineering & automation or related
電機、機械制造及自動化或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷 Above. ≥3 years’ experience on motor or mechatronics device development and familiar with product development process is preferred, but not a must if you are confident on your capability and potentials.
3年以上的電機或機電產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程 Familiar with the design and manufacture process of mechanical components, such as tooling,die-casting, extrusion, plastic, machining parts etc
熟悉各類機械零件的設計和制造工藝,比如模具,壓鑄件,擠出件,塑料件及機Having experience on FEA, thermal and structural simulation is preferred.
有有限元分析經(jīng)驗,散熱仿真和機械仿真經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 Familiar technical drawing and general principles, advanced in design tools like NX/TC, ANSYS
熟悉機械制圖及規(guī)則,精通3D設計軟件NX/TC,以及分析軟件ANSYS
Basic knowledge on motor control algorithm and servo drive is preferred.
具備電機控制算法和伺服驅(qū)動基礎知識者優(yōu)先
Good oral and written English
