Position Objective:
Responsible for achieving branch service sales target, lead sales team research and develop market, develop sales team, manage and coach sales rep’s daily work to achieve growth target.
負(fù)責(zé)完迅達(dá)中國(guó)EI銷售業(yè)務(wù)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),指導(dǎo)幫助區(qū)域/分公司銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)分析和開拓市場(chǎng),管理及輔導(dǎo)銷售工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)。
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish branch conversion, renew, recovery and price adjustment annual target;
完成分公司轉(zhuǎn)簽、續(xù)簽、重獲、價(jià)格調(diào)整年度指標(biāo);
- Market & Competition information collection and analysis;
所在地區(qū)的市場(chǎng)信息、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息收集及分析;
- People Management: Training Curriculum, Training & Development, Sales Incentive Policy;
銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)管理: 培訓(xùn)材料,培訓(xùn)及發(fā)展、人員激勵(lì)政策;
- Contract Data Quality Management to make sure of compliance;
提供系統(tǒng)合同數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量及管理確保合規(guī)性;
- Monthly forecast, monthly Sales Meeting & Sales Activity Management ;
完成每月預(yù)測(cè),組織銷售月度周例會(huì),管理銷售活動(dòng)執(zhí)行情況;
Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge:
- Familiar with E&E market development and customer needs;
熟悉了解電梯市場(chǎng)發(fā)展及用戶需求動(dòng)態(tài);
- Strong analytic capability on business;
優(yōu)秀的業(yè)務(wù)分析能力;
- Good ability to evaluate business issues and prioritize activities, task delegating with different level guidance based on team understanding;
能夠熟練的根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求定義工作優(yōu)先級(jí)別,并依據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的不同能力進(jìn)行工作分配 ;

- Excellent business writing skill and communication skill, especially on contract handling, non-standard contract verification and business communication letter;
熟練掌握合同的處理、非標(biāo)合同的評(píng)審及用戶來往文件的組織、撰寫;
Work Experience:
- 10 years experience in sales management position, EI working experience preferred;
從事10年以上銷售管理崗位工作,維保專業(yè)出身更佳;
