崗位職責:
1. 挖掘客戶:收集市場信息、了解客戶情況、分析客戶需求、向客戶推薦合適產品;規范、管理和發展代理商;
2. 報價簽約:執行公司銷售報價流程,進行項目的甄別、投標、報價和跟蹤,直至簽約;
3. 銷售/投標:提高投標率和中標率,完成公司下達的銷售指標;
4. 嚴格合規:嚴格按照公司銷售流程進行合同處理,根據合同填寫ADF表等,以保證符合客戶要求;
5. 合同售后:負責合同售后處理,根據銷售合同協調客戶與生產及安裝等有關部門之間的聯系;
6. 訂單跟進:及時準確地了解和反饋已簽合同的現場進展,控制庫存;貨款回籠、催討應收帳款;
7. 完成銷售主管交辦的其它與業務相關的工作;
-Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers;
-Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and
assignation;
-Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets;
-Manage contract management and ADF to meet customer requirements, based on theCompany’s process;
-Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment
departments based on the sales contract;
- Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory;
- Be responsible for AR for sales part;
- Regulate, manage and develop agencies;
- Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor;
