代理商/經(jīng)銷商門窗行業(yè)型材銷售系統(tǒng)門窗塑鋼門窗高端門窗
I PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1）Collect market intelligence, define customers, implement marketing and business development activities;
收集市場情報，定義客戶，實施市場營銷和業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)活動;
2）Maintain the existing sales network, sales channels, expand new customers;
維護現(xiàn)有的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)、銷售渠道，拓展新的客戶
3）Sales experience of branded products, not limited to the window building materials industry;
有品牌產(chǎn)品的銷售經(jīng)驗，不局限于門窗建材行業(yè)
4） Experience in developing dealer channels, not limited to the window building materials industry;
有開拓經(jīng)銷商渠道的經(jīng)驗，不局限于門窗建材行業(yè)
5） At least 3-5 years experience in retail dealer development and layout;
有3-5 零售經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)布局經(jīng)驗
6） Handle and follow up existing projects and develop new commercial projects;
處理、跟進現(xiàn)有項目，開發(fā)新的商業(yè)項目
7） Provide technical support and training to dealers and agents;
對經(jīng)銷商、代理商提供技術(shù)支持及培訓(xùn)
8） Communicate and report to internal customer service staff and superiors;
及時與內(nèi)部客戶服務(wù)人員和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)上級溝通、匯報
9）Work closely with the technical service department to provide customer needs and timely solutions.
與技術(shù)服務(wù)部門緊密合作，提供客戶需要并及時予以解決
II REQUIREMENTS
1) EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in the marketing or engineering or business administration.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，市場營銷、工科類或商務(wù)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2) EXPERIENCE
More than 5 years sales experience, experience in Windows, curtains and other building materials products is preferred;
5年以上門窗、窗簾及其他建材類銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
3) SKILLS
Able to travel;
可適應(yīng)出差
Good communication skills, market development ability;
良好的溝通能力，市場開發(fā)能力
Have a strong ego drive.
