1.Input, maintain and update SAP data, such as personnel information and attendance record etc., incl. but not limited to record of attendance and leaves etc., and ensure it’s complete and accurate. 錄入、維護及更新SAP數據,如人員信息及考勤等,包括且不僅限于考勤記錄及假期等,確保數據的完整及準確。
2.Attendance management: Check the attendance record, leave application, working hours and OT hours etc., ensuring it’s in compliance with related rules and regulations. Leave management such as annual leave, off-in-lieu, maternity/paternity leave etc. 負責考勤管理:復核考勤記錄、休假申請、工時及加班等,確保其與相關規定相符。負責假期管理:包括且不僅限于年假、加班補休假、產假/陪產假等。
3.Handle with expatriates’ visa, work permit, residence permit and local colleagues’ visa for business purpose. 負責外籍人員的簽證、在華工作證、居住證的辦理及國內員工商務簽證的辦理。
4.Handle with commercial insurance issues. 負責商保相關事宜。
5.Organize annual health check. 負責年度體檢事宜。
6.Keep related record/file complete and clear. 確保相關記錄/文件完整、清晰。
7.Prepare and submit related reports as required, ensuring it’s complete and accurate. 準備與提交相關報表并確保內容與數據完整、準確。
8.Assist with other HR functional tasks or activities as required. 協助人力資源相關工作及活動。
9.Complete other ad hoc jobs or tasks assigned by superior. 完成上司安排的其它工作。
Requirements 職位要求
1.College degree or above, major in Human Resources or Administration Management preferred. 大專以上學歷,人力資源管理或行政管理專業者佳。
2.Knowledge of related HR law or regulations. 了解人力資源相關法律法規。
3.Can simply communicate with others in English. CET 4 is preferred. 能進行簡單的英語交流。大學英語4級水平者佳。
4.Good computer skills, familiar with Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc. Experience in SAP preferred. 會操作電腦,熟練使用Excel, Word, Powerpoint等辦公軟件,使用過SAP系統者尤佳。
5.Good at scheming, able to handle multiple tasks. 條理性強,能處理及完成多項工作。
6.Certain ability at data analysis. 有一定數據分析能力。
7.Approachable and good communication skills. 具親和力及良好的溝通能力。
8.Willing to develop in HR or Administration field. 愿意在人力資源或行政管理領域發展。
9.Proactive, team work spirit and can work under pressure. 積極主動,具團隊協作精神及一定承壓能力。
