We are seeking a highly motivated Business
Development Manager to lead global licensing-in (License-In) and mergers &
acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, focusing on radiopharmaceuticals (nuclear
medicine) and oncology interventional products. The ideal candidate will have a
strong scientific background, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in
English to drive partnerships and strategic deals worldwide.

核心職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
1. 項(xiàng)目發(fā)掘與執(zhí)行 / Deal Sourcing & Execution
l 在全球范圍內(nèi)尋找、評(píng)估并談判核藥與腫瘤介入領(lǐng)域的License-in、合作及并購(gòu)機(jī)會(huì)。
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate global licensing,collaboration, and M&A opportunities in nuclear medicine and oncology interventional therapies.
l 主導(dǎo)盡職調(diào)查(科學(xué)、臨床、商業(yè)評(píng)估)及交易結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)(如授權(quán)條款、聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)協(xié)議)。
Lead due diligence processes and structure term sheets/agreements
(e.g., licensing, co-development).
2. 市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略 / Market Strategy
l 分析全球腫瘤治療領(lǐng)域趨勢(shì)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局及新興技術(shù)。
Analyze global market trends and competitive landscapes in oncology/therapeutic areas.
l 制定潛在合作伙伴(生物科技公司、藥企、學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu))的目標(biāo)清單。
Develop target lists for potential partners.
3. 跨部門(mén)協(xié)作 / Stakeholder Engagement
l 與研發(fā)、法律、財(cái)務(wù)及臨床團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,確保商務(wù)策略落地。
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, legal, finance, and clinical teams.
任職要求 / Qualifications
1. 學(xué)歷 / Education:
l 碩士及以上學(xué)歷,生命科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、生物工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)(博士/MBA優(yōu)先)。
Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences,Medicine, or related fields (PhD/MBA a plus).
2. 經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Experience:
l 3年以上制藥/生物科技行業(yè)商務(wù)拓展、License-in或并購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(核藥/腫瘤領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先)。
3+ years in BD, licensing, or M&A within pharma/biotech (oncology/nuclear medicine experience preferred).
l 有成功完成交易(授權(quán)、合作或并購(gòu))的案例。
Proven track record of closed deals.
3. 技能 / Skills:
l 英語(yǔ)流利(口語(yǔ)/書(shū)面),具備出色的談判與演示能力。
Fluent English with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
l 能分析科學(xué)/臨床數(shù)據(jù)并轉(zhuǎn)化為商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。
Ability to translate scientific data into business opportunities.
