We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead global licensing-in (License-In) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, focusing on radiopharmaceuticals (nuclear medicine) and oncology interventional products. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in English to drive partnerships and strategic deals worldwide.

核心職責 / Key Responsibilities
1. 項目發掘與執行 / Deal Sourcing & Execution
o 在全球范圍內尋找、評估并談判核藥與腫瘤介入領域的License-in、合作及并購機會。
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate global licensing, collaboration, and M&A opportunities in nuclear medicine and oncology interventional therapies.
o 主導盡職調查(科學、臨床、商業評估)及交易結構設計(如授權條款、聯合開發協議)。
Lead due diligence processes and structure term sheets/agreements (e.g., licensing, co-development).
2. 市場戰略 / Market Strategy
o 分析全球腫瘤治療領域趨勢、競爭格局及新興技術。
Analyze global market trends and competitive landscapes in oncology/therapeutic areas.
o 制定潛在合作伙伴(生物科技公司、藥企、學術機構)的目標清單。
Develop target lists for potential partners.
3. 跨部門協作 / Stakeholder Engagement
o 與研發、法律、財務及臨床團隊協作,確保商務策略落地。
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, legal, finance, and clinical teams.
4. 溝通與代表 / Communication
o 代表公司出席國際會議、投資者會議及合作伙伴洽談。
Represent the company at global conferences and partner discussions.

任職要求 / Qualifications
? 學歷 / Education:
o 碩士及以上學歷,生命科學、醫學、生物工程等相關專業(博士/MBA優先)。
Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related fields (PhD/MBA a plus).
? 經驗 / Experience:
o 3年以上制藥/生物科技行業商務拓展、License-in或并購經驗(核藥/腫瘤領域優先)。
3+ years in BD, licensing, or M&A within pharma/biotech (oncology/nuclear medicine experience preferred).
o 有成功完成交易(授權、合作或并購)的案例。
Proven track record of closed deals.

o 英語流利(口語/書面),具備出色的談判與演示能力。
Fluent English with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
o 能分析科學/臨床數據并轉化為商業機會。
Ability to translate scientific data into business opportunities.
