Provide professional and rapid chiral analysis and separation services using multiple techniques such as HPLC or SFC. Utilize various analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS, etc., to provide objective, accurate, and timely analysis data for Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Discovery Process Chemistry. Be capable of conducting structural analysis and identification of the target product and impurities with commonly used structural identification methods (IR, HR-MS, NMR etc.). Understand basic instrument maintenance, perform regular instrument maintenance, and conduct trouble shooting for minor issues.
