Initiate quality improvement project based on actual quality data analysis with CFT. 4. 負責生產過程中可疑產品的風險評估和質量判斷，作為生產過程中質量判斷的負責人 Be responsible for risk assessment and quality judgement of suspicious products in production, owner of quality judgement in production. 5. 領導所有客戶對質量問題的審核/拜訪，跟蹤審核過程中發現的問題，直至解決問題. Lead all customer audit/ visit about quality issues, follow up finding/open issue during the audit till close 6. 協調工廠和客戶之間的客戶投訴和售后調查索賠, 協調相關的分類和遏制，如有需要，提供所有客戶調查報告。 Customer complaint and warranty investigation,claim negotiation, coordination between plant & customer, coordinate relative sorting and containment actions，all customer survey report if needed. 7. 參與工程變更管理和生產線工藝審核，從質量角度密切監控，推動已投產部件的工藝持續改進活動，廢品率持續降低，支持VAVE和內部質量成本優化項目 Be engaged in engineering change management and production line process audit, drive process continual improvement actives for launched parts with close monitoring from quality perspective, scrap reduction continuously, support VAVE and quality cost reduction projects.
