Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
工作時間：周一到周五，8：00 – 17：00
Service Period: from June 23, 2025 to August 29, 2025
服務期限：2025年6月23日至2025年8月29日
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
學士學位或更高。
2. Good communication skills, proactive, positive and team player.
良好的溝通技巧，工作積極主動，樂觀。
3. Experience in Apple MacBook、iPad.
有蘋果筆記本、iPad軟件使用、維護經驗。
4. Could peak simple English.
可以用英語簡單交流。
JOB GOAL:
1. Provide daily IT support to BCIS end users.
為BCIS用戶提供IT技術支持。
2. Support school daily activities.
為學校日常活動提供技術支持。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
IT helpdesk:
a. Troubleshoot and fix client computer, printer and peripheral systems issues.
修復客戶端計算機問題。
b. Install and implement hardware and software updates.
安裝軟硬件及更新。
c. Log and report all help requests.
記錄并處理桌面支持工單。
d. Investigate and analyze hardware and software problems.
調查分析軟硬件問題。
e. Complete the delivery, imaging, installation, set up, configuration and testing of new client computer, printer and peripheral hardware, and software, in accordance with established BCIS procedures.
完成新軟硬件安裝配置交付工作。
Job rotation and team work:
a. Substitute other IT engineers in case any short-term absence. It may relate to networking or Windows server management.
臨時代理其他團隊同事崗位。
Others:
Performs other duties as directed by leaders that may not inconsistent with the qualifications and skills required for this position.
完成領導交給的其他任務事項。

Beijing City International School 北京樂成國際學校SCHOOL PROFILEBeijing City International School(BCIS) was opened in August 2005 to provide an international education for the expatriate community in Beijing and, uniquely, for the children of internationally-minded Chinese nationals. The vision of the founders sees BCIS as a bridge between East and West. BCIS is a private, not-for-profit, coeducational day school.Enrollment currently stands at 750 students. There are over 50 nationalities enrolled. The school has an open admissions policy for students who can benefit from its programme. Students must either be fluent in the English language or willing to develop fluency through the school’s ESOL(English for Speakers of Other Languages) programme.The school comprises of three sections: an Early Childhood Center(Toddler through Kindergarten) and an Elementary School(G1 through Grade 5) and an Secondary School(Grades 6 through 12), each of which is headed by a Principal who reports to the Head of School. There are approximately 100 teachers representing 13 nationalities.BCIS is an IB World School. The school is authorized to teach the IB Primary Years Programme(PYP), Middle Years Programme(MYP), and Diploma Programme(DP).
