Major responsibilities 主要職責
1. Assists HR with organizing new staff welcome and orientation, such as schedule, transportation, accommodation, etc.
協助人力資源部組織新員工迎接及培訓,例如日程安排,交通,住宿等等。
2. Assists HR with organizing various social events team building activities.
協助人力資源部組織各類社交活動和團建活動。
3. Updates all HR-related data and information system
更新人力資源數據和信息系統
4. Helps other HR colleagues about compensation and benefits
協助其他人力資源同事關于薪資福利工作
5. Assist to provide support to expatriate teachers visa application
協助支持外籍教師簽證申請工作
6. Other tasks assigned by Manager
經理交辦的其他工作
Qualifications required 資格要求
1. University/college students majoring in English or management
英語或管理專業的大學生
2. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese/English
良好的中英文溝通能力(閱讀和寫作)
3.Patient, initiative and good team player
有耐心,積極主動,良好的團隊合作精神
4.Computer literacy: Word & Excel
計算機能力: Word 和 Excel
5.Working time: Work four to five days a week, or during the summer vacation
工作時間:每周工作 4 到 5 天,或在暑假期間
