Identify
Ocean business growth opportunities by taking company goals, market
information, the departmental strengths / weaknesses into consideration
Partner
with sales and branch manager to develop new Ocean and End to End business
/ product for maximizing profit
Work
with tender team to provide strategic, workable & profitable pricing
advices to close deal. Review failure case and suggest future improvement
Develop
performance indicators to ensure service level / customers satisfaction /
productivity
Take
part in sales activities for Ocean and End to End business
Maintain
sales visit daily plan
Consultative
selling / providing value added services to clients
Generating
and following up sales leads
Other
tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Deep
knowledge of Ocean operations and market information in global freight
forwarding industry
Strong
negotiation skills and have solid experience in dealing with container
lines, truck vendor and CHB/WHS vendor and overseas agents
Demonstrated
critical thinking , using logic and reasoning to identify strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and identifying alternative solutions
or approaches
Ability
to work under pressure and achieve your targets
Strong
selling and communication kills
Ideally
a graduate and preferably with a degree in logistics and marketing
