教學檢查考務管理排課管理行政管理教師管理教材管理學生管理教室管理
本職位是一個短期職位，合同期限為六個月。
Main Purpose of the job:
1.To assist the Heads of Year in the management of Y9-Y10 pastoral, academic matters and relations with parents.
2.To assist the Assistant Director of Studies (ADoS) in organisation, preparation of internal exams.
3.To provide administrative support service to the Head of Upper School and US Senior Management Team (SMT) as part of the Academic Support team.
4. The incumbent will work within a small team environment, and will require independence and initiative in order to carry out tasks.
Minimum Academic Degree required
1.Bachelor degree or above is required with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience
2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
3. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
4. Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
