Responsible for the selection and evaluation of power electronic components and devices to ensure they meet product requirements. ? Perform analog and digital simulations of power electronic hardware to verify the correctness and performance of the design. ? Develop and execute test plans and verification methods for power electronic hardware, conducting product performance and reliability testing. ? Assist software engineers with hardware and software integration testing and resolve hardware-related issues. ? Lead UPS system analysis, hardware technical theme selection and detail design. ? Identify and solve highly complex problem or specific issue during development phase ? Documentation major in system design theme, product specs definition etc ? Help build related expertise in power electronic field inside the organization ? Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance the team's technical level and project management capabilities 3. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUD ? Bachelor's degree or higher in power electronics , electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field. 4. WORK EXPEREINCE ? A minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics design and development, particularly in the field of UPS or related power supply products. ? Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, with a solid foundation in power electronics theory. ? Familiarity with the applica
