Conduct key milestone reviews as per Product Development Process (PDP). Basic Qualifications: ? Machinery industry background, elevator related background preferred. ? Minimum 6 years of program management experience (project schedule, planning & execution, budget & cost, resource allocation…). ? Proven experience in delivery of end to end complex technology based projects from idea to mass production. ? Ability to foresee risks, proactively work with cross function team to workout solutions, escalate to management team based on needs. ? Knowledge of, and experience with, statistical process control and advanced quality management tools. ? Soft skill on communication, IPD team engagement, driving the succeed of projects ? Self-motivated and able to handle pressure. ? Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment, and a great team player to be well adapted to a global cross functional working environment. ? Understanding of business, technology, and external environment. ? Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. (MS project and etc.) ?
