Job Description (需英語作為工作語言)
? Responsible for Omni-channel (e-commerce & retail) product demand forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and operational plans.
? Monitor demand forecast accuracy, analyze deviations, and continuously optimize forecasting models.
? Responsible for replenishment strategies for Omni-channel & business partner, to ensure rational inventory allocation and prevent stockouts or overstock.
? Support supply chain planning for new projects (e.g., product launches, channel expansion) to align inventory readiness with business timelines.
? Generate regular inventory analysis reports (e.g., inventory health, slow-moving stock alerts), propose optimization solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to address abnormal inventory.
? Manage import/export operations with freight forwarders.
? Processing of related payment applications
? Complete other tasks assigned by team lead.
Qualification Requirement
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics is preferred
? 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning/inventory management, with familiarity in demand planning, replenishment logic, and inventory analysis.
? Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
? Fluent in English (written and spoken).
? Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and excellent communication/coordination abilities.

1.負責全渠道(電商及零售)產品需求預測,通過分析歷史數據、市場趨勢和運營計劃,制定精準的預測模型;
2.監控需求預測準確性,分析偏差并持續優化預測模型;
3.負責全渠道及業務合作伙伴的補貨策略,確保合理的庫存分配,避免缺貨或庫存積壓;
4.支持新項目(如產品上市、渠道擴展)的供應鏈規劃,確保庫存準備與業務時間表一致;
5.定期生成庫存分析報告(如庫存健康狀況、滯銷品預警),提出優化方案,并協調跨部門團隊解決異常庫存問題;
6.管理進出口業務,與貨運代理合作;
7.處理相關付款申請;
8.完成團隊領導分配的其他任務。
任職要求
1.本科及以上學歷,供應鏈管理、物流、統計等相關專業優先;
2年以上供應鏈規劃/庫存管理經驗,熟悉需求計劃、補貨邏輯及庫存分析;
3.熟練使用Excel,有Power BI經驗者優先;
4.英語流利(書面及口語);
5.具備較強的分析能力、邏輯思維及出色的溝通/協調能力。
薪資詳情
薪資范圍:8000-10000元/月(面談定薪)
