1. 負責維護客戶合作關系,做好各項服務工作,包括但不限于協助客戶辦理投保、理賠、保全等手續;

customers in renewal, claims, adjustment and other procedures;
2. 處理客戶投訴,及時解決糾紛,維護公司形象;
Handle customer complaints, resolve disputes in a timely manner, and
maintain the company's image;
3. 建立維護客戶或經紀公司合作關系,推進合作業務進程;
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients or brokers, and promote the progress of cooperative business;
4. 積極開展職域業務,挖掘客戶需求,開發和積累客戶資源;
Actively carry out worksite business, explore customer needs, develop and accumulate customer resources;
5. 完成公司及部門交辦的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department.
