職位描述:Job Description:
1.潛在合作客戶拓展、接洽及項目談判,并負責對BD項目的進度跟進、管理;Identify and engage potential cooperative clients, conduct project negotiations, and oversee the progress and management of BD projects.
2.制定業務推廣計劃,并策劃業務推廣方案、項目洽談和客戶聯絡工作。Develop business promotion plans, strategize business promotion initiatives, and manage project discussions and client communications.
3. 根據公司需要,與同行、客戶搭建戰略合作;積極開發新客戶,不斷尋求新的業務機會;Establish strategic partnerships with industry peers and clients as per company requirements; actively develop new clients and continuously seek new business opportunities.
4. 策劃參與行業展會,開發客戶資源,轉化商機促成訂單;Plan and participate in industry exhibitions to develop client resources, convert business opportunities, and secure orders.
5. 收集行業信息,為研發技術部或業務決策提供有效建議;Collect industry information and provide effective recommendations for the R&D technical department or business decision-making.
6. 關注市場趨勢和行業標準,完成各類分析報告。Monitor market trends and industry standards, and complete various analytical reports.
任職資格:Qualifications:
1.大學本科及以上學歷,醫藥、市場營銷相關專業優先;Bachelor Degree above, major in pharmaceutical, business and marketing are preferred;
2.5年以上相關工作經驗,外資公司市場銷售&產品管理經驗優先;Over 5 years related working experiences, multi company Sales & MKT background is preferred;
3.良好的溝通、學習及語言表達能力及較強的組織協調能力;Excellent communication, fast learning and language, strong organization and coordination ability;
4.有高度的責任心和良好的團隊協作精神; Highly responsibility sense and good team-worker sprits;
5.心理素質佳,勇于迎接挑戰;Ability to work under pressure, and willing to meet challenges;
6.必須具備優異的英文讀、說、聽、寫;Excellent English skills;
7. 能適應2周每月的出差。Ability to travel a lot, 2 weeks per month on average.
8.熟練使用Office等辦公軟件;Familiar to office software;
