Cluster hub door opening -Planning new door opening process and support in org setting, recrement and training -New door athlete’s training journey check and feedback -Grand opening onsite support 4. Build hub door talent pool -Hub door talent pool setup and develop pipeline with partner team -Part time talent pool setup -Store athlete career path setup Requirements of this role 1. At least 1 year‘s management experience in retail or service industry, strong sales, store and people management experience 2. Goal & result oriented, good leadership, communication, organization and coordination 3. Strong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office software 4. Fluent in written and spoken English 5. Full-time university degree or above
