1. 處理客戶抱怨Dealing with customer complaints.
a. 負責處理客戶抱怨, 會寫8D報告,并能及時地跟進整改措施的落實情況。
Dealing with customer complaints, can write 8D report, and can follow up the progress and implementation of correction actions timely.
b. 能很好的管理所負責的產品及客戶,積極主動地與客戶溝通,降低客訴的產生。Can manage his responsible products and customers well, positively communicate with customers, reduce the happening of customer complaints.
2. 新產品開發new project developing
a. 積極參與項目新品開發所需APQP、試模、PFMEA、控制計劃的起草和更新,以及準備并及時地向客戶提交PPAP文件。
Active participate in new project of APQP/tool trail
run/PFMEA/CP preparation and update, and prepare and
submit PPAP documents to customer.
b. 限度樣品的管理,積極配合項目組制定限度樣品,跟客戶簽訂限度樣品并管理好限度樣品。
Be responsible for boundary sample management, positively cooperate with project team to make boundary sample, and need sign boundary sample with customer and can manage it well.
3. 產品年審product annual audit
a. 依據公司質量文件的要求,負責執行產品審核工作并配合質量部安排其他質量審核工作。
Participation of annual product audit and other audit which quality department regulation accord to the company quality requirement.
b. 配合QC量測室執行測量系統分析工作。
Participate in QC measuring room to implement MSA analysis.

2.培訓經歷 training experience
⑴接受過質量管理檢驗相關培訓包括QC手法等。
Quality management or related training, include “QC” method.
⑵接受過16949 ISO90001 ISO14001的培訓。
Got the training of 16949 ISO9001 ISO 14001.
3.工作經驗 working experience
五年以上質量管理工作經驗。
Least 5 years above quality management working experience.
4.技能技巧working skill
⑴熟悉機械圖紙,具有一定的獨立工作能力。
Good skill in machining drawing reading. Independent working capability to deal with event.
⑵對PPAP,SPC,MSA,APQP,FMEA,CP有一定了解。
Known in PPAP/SPC/MSA/APQP/FMEA/CP.
⑶會使用常用的統計方法。
Is able to use method of quality statistics.
⑷會使用常用量測工具。
Universal measuring gauge using.
