1、協(xié)助項目部門完成業(yè)務協(xié)調、干系人溝通和各類相關的項目工作。
(Assist the project department to complete the business coordination, stakeholder communication, and various work related to projects)
2、負責項目文檔(包括儀表盤、每周/每月項目進展的幻燈片)、技術文檔的溝通和整理。
(Responsible for the communication and organization of project documents, including dashboards, weekly/monthly project progress slides, and technical documents)
3、協(xié)助項目領導洽談工作。
(Assist project leaders in negotiating work)
4、完成項目領導安排的工作。
(Complete tasks assigned by project leaders)
任職要求:
任職要求:
1、學歷本科及以上,至少1年工作經(jīng)驗。
(Bachelor degree or above and at least 1 year working experience)
2、英語水平良好,熟練使用Excel、SAP和分析工具。
(Good English or high level and good at Excel, SAP, analysis tools)
3、具備良好的溝通、協(xié)調、分析、獨立工作和團隊合作能力,擅長和不同人溝通,說服他人完成工作。
(Good communication skill, analysis skill, good independent and teamwork skills; Good at working with different people)
4、積極主動,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并解決問題 。
(Proactive, passionate, thoughtful, good at identifying and fixing problems)
5、項目管理認證(PMP)優(yōu)先。
