崗位職責(zé):
崗位職責(zé)
1、制定新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入（NPI）從項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)到量產(chǎn)的開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)間表，監(jiān)控并跟進(jìn)開(kāi)發(fā)狀態(tài)，確保按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。
（Develop the New Product Introduction (NPI) development schedule from kick - off to mass production input, monitor and follow up on the development status to ensure it proceeds as planned.）
2、與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)（如技術(shù)運(yùn)營(yíng) TO、生產(chǎn)、先期產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量策劃 APQP、質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)等）定期召開(kāi)開(kāi)發(fā)評(píng)審會(huì)議。
（Hold regular development review meetings with cross - functional teams such as Technology Operations (TO), Production, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Quality.）
3、突出并提前向各職能部門警示風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，告知如何應(yīng)對(duì)。
（Highlight and alert each function to risks in advance and inform them how to cover it.）
4、與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作解決問(wèn)題，如關(guān)鍵階段產(chǎn)能限制、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題、設(shè)計(jì)變更等，以確保新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的準(zhǔn)時(shí)性。
（Coordinate with cross - functional teams to solve problems, such as capacity constraints during critical phases, technical issues during production, and design changes to ensure the punctuality of NPI.）
5、及時(shí)上報(bào)影響新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入組件服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。
（Escalate critical points that impact NPI components service in a timely manner.）
6、擅長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析。
（Be good at data collection and analysis.）
7、面對(duì)沖突并進(jìn)行處理。
（Face conflicts and handle them.）
任職要求:
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor degree or above.
2、英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利，大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或以上。
Fluent verbal and written English, CET4 or above.
3、熟練使用 Excel、PowerPoint，具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析技能。
Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, good data analysis skills.
4、有 2 年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2 years or above work experiences.
