崗位職責(zé):
工作職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities：
1.負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商管理，監(jiān)督并評(píng)估現(xiàn)場(chǎng)供應(yīng)商的EHS表現(xiàn)，識(shí)別重復(fù)性問(wèn)題，研究評(píng)估并提出改進(jìn)措施以提升供應(yīng)商EHS績(jī)效。
Responsible for supplier management, monitor and evaluate onsite supplier EHS performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance supplier EHS performance.
2.制定并優(yōu)化倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理策略，確保庫(kù)存準(zhǔn)確性和高效運(yùn)作，管理增值服務(wù)（VAS）流程。
Develop and optimize warehouse management strategies to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency, manage Value-Added Services (VAS) processes.
3.與計(jì)劃、客戶服務(wù)及外部客戶保持高效溝通，協(xié)調(diào)物流需求并解決運(yùn)營(yíng)問(wèn)題。
Maintain effective communication with planning, customer service, and external clients to align logistics requirements and resolve operational issues.
4.持續(xù)推動(dòng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)流程優(yōu)化，運(yùn)用PDCA、精益生產(chǎn)（Lean）等工具提升運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。
Continuously improve warehouse processes by applying PDCA, Lean Production, and other optimization tools.
5.確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)符合5S標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及EHS（環(huán)境健康安全）要求，定期檢查并落實(shí)改進(jìn)措施。
Ensure compliance with 5S standards and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions.
6.管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，培訓(xùn)員工并提升其操作技能，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作。
Supervise warehouse staff, provide training to enhance operational skills, and foster team collaboration.
7.熟練使用SAP系統(tǒng)及辦公軟件（Excel/PPT/Think Cell/CAD）進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告制作。
Utilize SAP system and office tools (Excel/PPT/Think Cell/CAD) for data analysis and reporting.
8.定期審核倉(cāng)庫(kù)KPI，制定行動(dòng)計(jì)劃以確保目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
Review warehouse KPIs regularly and develop action plans to achieve performance targets.
任職要求:
任職要求 / Job Requirements
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor
s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields preferred.
2、3年以上電子制造業(yè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3+ years of warehouse management experience in electronics manufacturing, team management experience preferred.
3、熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)操作，熟練使用Excel、PPT等辦公軟件。
Proficient in SAP system operation and skilled in using office software like Excel and PPT.
4、具備良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力（CET-4及以上）。
Good English reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above).
5、熟悉5S管理、EHS規(guī)范及精益生產(chǎn)理念。
Familiar with 5S management, EHS standards and lean production concepts.
6、具備優(yōu)秀的問(wèn)題分析和解決能力，能運(yùn)用PDCA等工具進(jìn)行流程優(yōu)化。
Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to use PDCA and other tools for process optimization.
7、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
8、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，能承受一定的工作壓力。
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
9、有CAD繪圖經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
CAD drawing experience is a plus.
