A minimum of 5 years of experience in protein expression and purification, preferably in an industrial setting. Proven track record with mammalian cell culture, and cell line engineering to enhance protein expression. Expertise in a variety of protein purification techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion chromatography, etc.). Familiarity with automation and high-throughput techniques for protein expression and purification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, HPLC, and mass spectrometry. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven record of scientific publications, presentations and conferences. Experience with biophysical characterization of proteins and assessment of protein-protein interactions.
