工作職責:
Job Description:
1.負責進口相關單證的制作、管理及信用證審核;
Responsible for the production and management of import documents and the review of letters
of credit.
2.收集和整理各種單證,完成送貨單、訂單、提單核對等對單據的各項處理,并進行基礎數據錄入和歸檔;
Collecting and organizing various documents; complete the delivery note, order, bill of lading and other documents, and conduct basic data entry and filing.
3.跟蹤每票貨物的送貨情況,統計核對相關數據;
Tracking the delivery of each batch of goods, and statistically checking relevant data.
4.及時準確與貨代公司聯系轉運,送倉工作;
Timely and accurately contacting freight companies for transportation and warehousing.
5.與報關行,船公司溝通解決進口報關,運輸,付款等相關的操作問題及各項突發情況;
Communicating with customs brokers and shipping companies to solve import declaration, transportation, payment and other operational problems and emergencies.
6.協助參與收付匯,外匯核銷以及退稅的跟蹤;
Assisting in foreign exchange payment, account cancellation, and tax refund tracking.
7.與供應商溝通訂貨,跟進交期;
Communicating with suppliers to place orders and follow up on delivery dates.
8.部門領導交代的其他工作。

聘用要求:
Requirements:
1.大專及以上學歷;
College degree or above.
2.英語四級,讀寫流暢;
CET-4 or above,fluent in reading and writing.
3.2年及以上采購或報關經驗;
2 years or above experience in purchasing or customs declaration.
3.較好的溝通能力、有責任心、有較好的執行力;
Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility and good execution.
4. 具有良好的抗壓能力。
With good ability to work under pressure.
