Mission of the role
Total Aptamil brand performance champion. Driving the growth, investment effectiveness and brand health of total Aptamil brand by conducting performance analysis and providing actionable insights.
Knowledge and Experience
6+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of successful brand performance growth.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior. Portfolio management experience under mega brand will be an added value.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and brand performance analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media eco-system, and performance marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Utilize analytics tools, internal / external reports and platforms data to identify key total brand and sub-brands trends
Identify performance insights on investment strategies across total brand and sub-ranges
Analyze & provide insights on competitive advantages and areas
Identify KPIs to track and assess total brand performance across different platforms
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs
Present findings and recommendations to improve communication excellence.
