崗位職責 Job Responsibilities: 1.按照最小化成本和交貨目標完成采購工作，并及時處理訂單。 Purchase goods, materials and services with minimize costs and delivery targets, place orders in a timely manner. 2.建立合理的采購安全庫存，持續關注庫存狀況，將庫存水平控制在最低并提高庫存周轉率。 Establish a reasonable safety stock for procurement, continuously monitor the inventory status, keep the inventory level at the minimum and increase the inventory turnover rate.. 3.與供應商談判，確保公司在物料質量、交期和成本方面獲得最優條件。 Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoices issues. 4.同需求部門進行協調，以滿足動態的客戶或者內部需求，確保或協助項目順利推進。 Coordinate with the demand department to meet the dynamic customer or internal requirements, and ensure or assist the smooth progress of the project.. 5.與供應商合同談判，價格和業務條款改進，并尋找利用談判和采購好的實踐工具和方法節省成本的機會。 Negotiate contracts, improve price and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods. 6.同供應商溝通協調降本，以滿足公司年度或季度成本降低目標。 Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to reduce costs, in order to meet the company's annual or quarterly cost reduction targets. 7.維護供應商關系，確保與供應商保持良好的合作關系。 Maintain supplier relationships and ensure a good cooperative relationship with suppliers. 8.負責準備和維護相關采購工作報告、資料等，包括降本數據、供應商交期報告，安全庫存報告，及時交付率報告等。 Prepare and maintain various purchasing documents and reports for submission to management, include cost down report, Lead time report,safety stock report, OTD report. 9.負責采購部所有相關文件的保管工作 Keep all related documents 10.領導安排的其他工作 Other work arranged by the leader. 任職要求 Requirements： 1.大學專科以上學歷，理工科專業優先。 University degree or above, with a major in science or engineering preferred. 2.有5年以上制造業采購和供應商管理方面工作的經驗，具備較強的成本管控意識。 Has over 5 years of experience in manufacturing procurement and supplier management, and possesses a strong sense of cost control. 3.熟悉ERP系統采購流程的操作 Familiar operation by ERP system for P/O process. 4.具備解決問題的積極態度，良好的溝通能力 Have a positive attitude towards problem-solving and excellent communication skills 5.團隊協作能力，有良好的計劃性和組織性 Good planning and organization skills as a team player 6.良好的書面英語能力。 Good written English skills
