崗位職責Job responsibility 1、開發制造行業的新客戶，特別是醫療設備領域。 Call on new accounts in Manufacture industry,especially medical device. 2、識別機會，制定和執行有效的銷售和市場發展策略。 Identify opportunities, develop, and execute effective sales and market development strategies. 3、定位產品并提供以客戶為導向的銷售渠道。 Positing products and providing customer-oriented sales pipeline. 4、通過定期回訪、提供增值服務等方式，鞏固現有客戶關系，提升客戶滿意度。 By conducting regular follow-ups and providing additional services, we aim to strengthen the existing customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. 5、通過網站、貿易展覽和推薦的途徑開發新客戶群體。 Develop new customer groups through websites,trade exhibitions and recommended channels. 6、負責完成既定的銷售指標，達到或超過既定的銷售目標。 Responsible for the delivery of a revenue quota, meet or exceed the agreed sales targets. 7、負責項目的全生命周期管理（從立項到量產交付），指定項目計劃（APQP/PPAP流程），監控項目進度并確保項目按時、保質完成目標。 Responsible for the full life cycle management of the project (from project initiation to mass production delivery), specifying the project plan (APQP/PPAP process), monitoring the project progress and ensuring that the project is completed on time and with quality as per the requirements. 8、定期分析和報告市場信息，并對價格、競爭對手和趨勢進行反饋。 Do regularly analysis and report through Market information reach out and feedback on prices, competitors, and trends. 9、領導安排的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by the leader. 任職要求Job Requirements: 1、大專及以上學歷，理工科相關專業，有項目管理經驗優先。 Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering, with project management experience preferred. 2、5年以上銷售及市場工作經驗，熟悉醫療OEM市場，有一定客戶資源，具有一定的塑料產品設計及生產制造相關知識。 More than 10 years of sales & marketing experience, familiar with medical OEM market, have certain customer resources,have certain knowledge of plastic parts design & manufacturing. 3、有醫療器械銷零部件售經驗，特別是有直接銷售產品至醫療器械制造公司經驗者。 Experience in selling parts and components of medical devices, especially experience in selling products directly to medical device manufacturing companies. 4、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。 Good speaking, listen and written in both English. 5、具有較強的人際交往能力 Possess strong people skills 6、必要時愿意出差。 Willing to travel as necessary.
