FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 職位要求：
A.College degree or above.大學或以上文憑.
B.Have the basic knowledge of network.具備基本的網絡知識.
C.Proficient in injection molding process, injection molding equipment and injection molding equipment surrounding the skilled operation.精通注塑成型工藝，注塑設備和注塑周邊設備熟練操作.
D.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.熟練使用辦公軟件.
E.Good analysis and problem solving n ability.良好的分析問題，解決問題的能力.
F.5-10 years of moulding and production management experience.5-10年注塑成型技術及現場管理經驗.
G.Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 良好的電腦技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project）.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本職責：
A.Control department cost and energy.-Monthly KPI部門成本管理及資源控制-月度KPI.
●Participate in yearly department cost budget setting.參與部門年度各項成本的預算工作.
●Monitor department cost, and continuously do the cost down.負責監控本部門預算，降低費用成本.
● Assist in collecting and analysis the data of production capacity, labour cost, energy fees. Ensure the efficient in and out, and sufficient labour utilization.配合做好生產能力、勞動力匹配、能源費用的數據收集和分析,保證投入產出率、人員利用率達到或超越公司的目標要求 .
B.Provides history data for yearly department targets setting. Segregate the targets reasonably for efficient implement.為部門年度目標的合理設定提供數據信息，并有效分解、執行部門目標指標.
●Set and implement department targets based on company quality principles and yearly plan.根據公司的品質方針和年度工作計劃，制定生產部的工作目標，并組織實施.
● Segregate the targets reasonably and implement to every position and every production process.將部門目標進行有效分解，到落實至各崗位及各生產環節中，以確保目標指標的有效執行.
● Review and approve purchase requirements for moulding spare parts, auxiliary tools, test equipments. Do the trouble shooting for mouldings and machines.審核所有有關模具備件，安裝輔助工具，測試設備提出的采購要求，處理和解決模具，設備發生的問題.
C.Control production process and monitor production sites-Monthly KPI生產過程管控及現場的監督管理-月度KPI.
● Efficiently arrange production. Ensure the on time delivery and good quality of products.有效組織生產,保證及時生產出符合標準規范及滿足客戶要求的產品.
●Establishment, supervision, testing, injection molding process, mold, equipment, machinery and equipment to make timely and effective solutions to problems, so as to meet the requirements of customers to the mold, the production.建立、監管、測試注塑流程，對模具，儀器，機器設備制定及時有效的問題解決方案，從而滿足客戶對模具、生產的要求.
●Design, set, test and maintain fixtures. Preventively notice the problems may occur in production and do the POKA-YOKE.夾具的設計、安裝、測試和維護，預見生產過程中可能產生的問題，并做好防治措施.
● Analysis production NG problems and do the continuously improvements. 生產不良及異常分析處理、持續改善.
● Set and implement department regulations負責本部門規章制度及相關工作流程的制定和實施.
● Coordinate the good communications with other departments組織、協調內部的生產與外部門的聯系，確保生產順暢.
●Completes the molding department site "6 s" management work, to ensure the molding department working environment clean, neat and orderly, items should be classified clearly marked/neat, do safety and civilized production, ensure no inductrial injury accident happened in the process of production做好注塑部現場“6S”管理工作，確保注塑部工作環境清潔、整齊有序，物品需分類標識清楚/擺放整齊，做到安全、文明生產，確保在生產過程中無工傷事故發生.
D.Hazardous chemicals management.危險化學品管理.
E.Manage the stuff in production department部門員工及組織結構的管理.
●Based on development plans and production situations, improve the placement of stuff reasonably根據公司發展的需要和實際生產狀況，持續完善注塑部的組織結構和人員編制，科學合理地配置人手.
●Set up and implement training program and performance review process制定本部門員工培訓計劃、崗位績效考核，并跟蹤、實施.
F.Others assignments to support operation分配的其他工作事項.
