POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will report to General Manager, be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services in accordance with sales policies and procedures, and in pursuit of established goals andobjectives.
Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with clients. Set up and maintain the positive company reputation within the market and customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Have direct responsibility for the assigned accounts.
2. Cultivatessales and new accounts to grow business.
3. Make sales calls on assigned customers and prospects to secure profitable business.
4. Ensure the achievement of established objectives for price integrity and acceptablegross profit margins in alignment with company goals.
5. Prepares and executes presentations to customers.
6. Presents history, strengths, value-added ideas, etc., to help the customer choose Castle Metals as their Preferred Supplier of Choice.
7. Interacts with other departments to provide product, customer, general knowledge to help solve customer needs.
8. Manages outside sales entertainment budget expenditures.
9. Sales forecast and allocation management.

9. 銷售預(yù)測和任務(wù)分配管理。
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in business, finance, marketing, or similar field, or equivalent,strongly preferred
市場學(xué),經(jīng)濟學(xué),財務(wù)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域碩士研究生,在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗豐富者優(yōu)先
Special Training and Skills:
1.Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated selling abilities.
2.Strong customer service orientation with ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers.
3.Solid verbal and written communication skills (English & Chinese) with ability to make effective presentations to clients.
4.Excellent analytical abilities with ability to analyze data; solve problems and make effective decisions.
5.Ability to develop marketing plans in concert with established sales objectives.
6.PC literacy required and proficient with latest Microsoft Office. Oracle knowledge advantage.

Experience:
1.At least 5 years working experiences and minimum 3 years experiences in outside sales selling specialty metal production the Aerospace/Industrial sectors.
2.Solid business acumen with demonstrated knowledge of raw materials (i.e. ferrous andnon-ferrous material) and metals industry experience preferred.
3.Knowledge in aerospace/industrial material sales preferred with existing customers’relationship
4.Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
5.Travel Requirements :50% - 75%
