Job responsibilities & key functions:
1. Independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish short
videos, ensuring efficient completion from concept to distribution across video
platforms. Develop video topics, write scripts, and create engaging content for
short videos.
2. Creatively planning & execution of long-video project
with the involvement of vendors. Develop overall video concepts, themes,
content plans, scripts, and storyboards that effectively convey brand messages
while engaging target audiences. Drive project timelines, collaborate with
filming and post-production teams, and coordinate internal/external resources
to ensure timely and quality delivery.
3. Serve as a video specialist of communication project
teams and be responsible of video relevant topics, including overseeing project
timelines and progress, supervising and guiding the post-production to ensure
quality and timeline of video outcomes.
4. Daily operations of the company’s social media video
accounts. Analyze video performance metrics, such as views, likes, shares,
etc., post-publication. Evaluate video reach and learn from successes and
failures to optimize subsequent video planning.
Main specifications
(skills & experiences required):
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors
in Journalism, Chinese Literature, Advertising, Film & Television, or
related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in video shooting,
production, and editing.
3. Proficient in Flash, ID, AE, AI, C4D, PS, PR, 3Dmax,
Maya, and other software for image animation and video editing.
4. Comprehensive understanding of the video production
process, from filming to post-production.
5. Experience in managing video platforms and familiarity
with their rules and best practices.
6. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented
mindset.
7. Willing to travel frequently
