Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced On-site Account Manager to oversee the security service teams at our client sites. • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 50-100 security personnel, ensuring their performance meets company standards and client expectations.

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the client, maintaining regular communication to address any concerns or issues promptly. The manager needs to build and maintain strong relationships with client, address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the security team to enhance their skills and performance. Direct and motivate teams to achieve operation goals.
