Job Summary:
The Sr Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing and
optimizing the full lifecycle of Pfizer Innovation Centre projects to ensure
successful completion of projects in accordance with established objectives,
budgets and timelines. This position requires strong project management
experience, excellent organizational and coordination skills, agility and
lateral thinking, and the ability to work closely with various departments to
drive project progress and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the planning and implementation of digital solutions for
doctors and patients, project planning, decommissioning, budgeting, process
design, etc.; optimizing the project management process to ensure that the
project is delivered in accordance with the set objectives and standards and
being accountable for the results of the project.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not
limited to Pfizer China, Pfizer Global teams, Innovation Centre product,
operations, technology teams, etc., to ensure that the project is progressing
according to plan and to resolve issues and challenges in the project.
3. Develop and implement a project compliance risk management plan to mitigate
project compliance risk.
4. As PMO, monitor the progress and quality of all projects and report project
status and results to supervisors in a timely manner.
5. As PMO, participate in project reviews, reviews and summaries, and provide
suggestions and comments for project improvement and optimization.
6.Communicate work progress, results and issues clearly, accurately and in a
timely manner to supervisor or relevant parties through briefings and reports.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer software professional background,
project management related experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies
is preferred.
2. 7+ years of PM related experience, familiar with PM working methodology and
able to quickly gain insight and make suggestions on inter-departmental
collaboration and issues that may arise in various projects.
3. Excellent reporting and organizational skills, with the ability to
effectively express decision-making recommendations and drive project processes.
4. have good resilience, communication and teamwork skills, and strong
execution skills.
5. PMP certified and have demonstrated systematic project management thinking
and skills.
6. Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, able to
work effectively with different departments and teams.
7. Ability to work under high pressure with good psychological quality and
team spirit.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for solving
challenging problems.
9. Fluent English as a working language.

任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學歷,計算機軟件專業背景,有跨國制藥企業項目管理相關經歷優先。
2. 7年以上PM相關任職經驗,熟悉PM工作方法,對于部門協作和各類項目可能遇到的問題能快速洞察并提出建議;
3. 具備一定優秀的匯報及整理能力, 能有效表達決策建議并推動項目流程;
4. 具備良好的抗壓能力、溝通能力和團隊協作精神,執行力強;
5. 通過PMP認證,并沉淀了系統化的項目管理思維和技能者優先
6. 具備優秀的組織、協調和溝通能力,能夠與不同部門和團隊有效合作。
7. 能夠承受較高的工作壓力,具備良好的心理素質和團隊合作精神。
8. 優秀的分析問題和解決問題的能力,對解決具有挑戰性問題充滿激情。
9. 英文聽說讀寫流利,可以作為工作語言。
