后勤管理
崗位職責:
1.MA activity execution
Assist the team in creating a detailed execution plan and schedule for MA activity. Make sure the action and material in the activity align with the company policy. Ensure the successful delivery of the plan to agreed schedules and budgets. Continually modify execution to make sure the final result is achieved to required performance levels.
2.Resource management
Appropriately manage all available resources to support all marketing activity and day-to-day operations. Efficiently coordinate limited outside resources from partners and internal resources from other teams to maximize impact while delivering to agreed timeframes.
3.Agency management
Develop strong communication channels with all agencies. Maintain appropriate relationships with them and make sure the cooperation delivers to mutually acceptable outcomes.
4.Project monitoring
Keep monitoring the statues of all MA activities in progress, providing strong feedback and reports to the team leader, including recommendations to modify plans if the expected result cannot be achieved. Keep highly sensitive to the potential risks in any MA activity or partnership project.
5.Data management
On a monthly or quarterly basis, collect the data of all related MA activity and business and marketing partners. Create an appropriate template to record and organize all this data and ensure all records are kept current and up-to-date.

Basic Requirement:
-At least with bachelor degree.
-Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
-Strong people communication skill
-Fluent in English reading and writing
-Skillful at organizing and coordinating
-Good time management skill
-Good problem solving skills and initiatives
-Good computer skill ( Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Attention to detail
-Experience in clinical trials (CTA/CRA/CRC) is preferred
