The senior sourcer has responsibility for end-to-end recruitment to meet client (internal and/or external) requirements. Work with client hiring managers and human resources, as well as Accenture shared services professionals, to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting in depth research and sourcing potential candidates using job boards, Cv databases, LinkedIn, and other online resources;
· Utilizing advanced search techniques, such as Boolean searches, to find relevant candidates quickly and efficiently;
· Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job positions;
· Engaging with candidates through email, phone, and social media to establish rapport and present the job opportunities;
· Performing prequalification calls with candidates;
· Keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date with candidate profile and status up to date;
· Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with the company s goals;
· Providing regular updates on sourcing progress and collaborating with team members to continuously improve the sourcing process.
· Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques\
· Work with other recruiters, operations management, or client’s workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility
Skills that make your work successful:
· At least 3 year proven experience as a Sourcer or recruiter, ideally in BPO industry;
· Experience working with applicant tracking systems Workday and other recruiting software;
· Good level of English;
· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment;
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools;
· Good communication skills;
· Proactivity with positive attitude and approach.
