崗位職責Responsibilities:
1. 協助管理公司的數據庫(錄入 / 整理 / 更新)
2. 協助操作會議活動策劃的具體事宜
3. 按公司規范流程操作
4. 學習掌握會議活動策劃的業務知識及操作流程,積極參加公司組織的各類培訓和學習

1. Assist to manage Company Database (Input / Manage / Update).
2. Follow-up part of the projects.
3. Project operation according to company’s SOP.
4. Learn acknowledge and SOP for M.I.C.E Industry, and attend related training.

任職資格Job Requirements:
1. 對MICE行業和會議活動策劃具有一定認識,并想在該行業發展
2. 對會議活動的策劃、執行、設計、搭建制作、設備運用有一定了解
3. 誠實守信,具有積極進取的態度和團隊合作精神,工作細致,責任心強
4. 英語達到4級或以上,可用英語和客戶進行基本交流(書面 / 口語)
5. 熟練使用基本辦公軟件(excel, word, power point),能用excel制作預算和對數據進行分析,能用PPT制作精美的方案或項 目文件
1. Understand about M.I.C.E Industry, and has passion on MICE business
2. Familiar with Event Planning, Execution, Design, Production, and Audio-Visual Equipments
3. Being honest and responsible, own positive attitudes and team work spirit.
4. Language Skill: Fluency in English and Chinese (written / oral), additional languages strongly desired
5. Operation Skill: Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially can work on a nice proposal or operation file via Power Point, and create nice budget and other data analysis via Excel.
