1.
銷售團隊支持
? 通過銷售工具的開發和管理,支持銷售團隊提升銷售效率,達成銷售目標。
? 提供銷售團隊賦能支持,幫助銷售團隊處理業務過程中的相關問題,如:公司內部跨部門協調等。
Sales team support
By developing and managing sales tools, support the
sales team in improving sales efficiency and achieving sales goals.
Provide sales team empowerment support to help the sales team handle
relevant issues in the business process, such as cross departmental
coordination within the company.
2.
銷售數據管理和分析
? 收集和整理銷售相關數據,按照業務需要制定銷售報告,對后續的數據分析和銷售決策起到指導作用。
? 數據分析與報告。運用數據分析工具對銷售數據進行深入分析,挖掘數據背后的業務洞察,包括對銷售人員業績及效率等維度的分析,以更好的支持公司銷售目標的實現。
? 根據分析結果制作銷售報告,向管理層匯報銷售業績、市場趨勢、客戶反饋等信息,為公司的業務決策和銷售策略的制定和調整提供支持。
Sales data management and analysis
Collect and organize sales related data, develop sales
reports according to business needs, and provide guidance for subsequent data
analysis and sales decisions.
Data analysis and reporting. Use data analysis tools to
conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, uncover business insights behind the
data, including analysis of sales personnel performance and efficiency
dimensions, to better support the achievement of the company's sales goals.
Produce sales reports based on analysis results, report sales
performance, market trends, customer feedback and other information to
management, and provide support for the company's business decision-making and
sales strategy formulation and adjustment.

銷售目標制定與績效管理
? 根據公司戰略和業務策略制度銷售目標,確保目標制定的合理性,并合理分解至各區域以及各銷售人員。
? 建立銷售績效評估體系,制定合理的銷售績效考核指標以及銷售激勵政策以更好的激勵銷售團隊完成目標。
Sales target setting and performance management
According to the company's strategy and business
strategy system, ensure the rationality of target setting, and reasonably
decompose it to various regions and sales personnel.
Establish a sales performance evaluation system, develop
reasonable sales performance evaluation indicators and sales incentive policies
to better motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.

主機廠及客戶相關的日常工作
? 主機廠相關的日常工作,如:與銷售團隊和業務相關的日常溝通和對接,主機廠服務費和貼息結算相關的內部和外部溝通等。
? 支持銷售團隊和銷售運營相關的內部跨部門溝通等。
? 支持銷售團隊需要的客戶相關的日常工作等。
Daily work related to OEM and customers
Daily work related to OEM, such as daily communication and
coordination with the sales team and business, internal and external
communication related to the settlement of host factory service fees and
interest subsidies.
Support internal cross departmental communication related to sales
teams and sales operations.
Support the daily work related to customers required by the sales
team.
5. 流程優化與戰略支持
? 協助監控銷售業務的日常運營表現,及時推進流程優化工作。
? 參與競品分析,結合相關數據,提出改進建議,推動公司政策、系統及流程的優化。
Process Optimization and Strategic Support
Assist in monitoring the daily operational performance
of sales activities and promptly advance process optimization efforts.
Participate in competitive analysis, leverage relevant
data, and propose improvement suggestions to drive the optimization of company
policies, systems, and processes.
