KA大客戶面銷/陌拜渠道銷售家電零部件電子/半導體/集成電路汽車零部件
1. Focus on the dynamic changes of the industry and market, regularly organize research and analysis about the industry, target market, customers, competitors, product prices, product changes and applications, and provide information for the company's strategy making and market development;
關注行業及市場動態變化，定期組織對行業、目標市場、客戶、競爭對手、產品價格、產品變化及應用進行調研與分析，為公司的戰略制定和市場開拓提供信息分析支持；
2. Forecast the development tendency about industry and customer demand based on the company strategy, propose annual sales plan and budget.
根據公司戰略目標，預測行業發展趨勢及客戶需求，制定年度銷售計劃，預算。
3. Development new customers, study and analyze the marketing situation for the products, visit customers and seeking the potential opportunities, promote the commercial opportunities transfer to the orders.
開發新客戶，對所銷售產品的市場情況進行分析研究，拜訪客戶，尋找機會點，促進商機轉化為訂單落地。
4. Making and implementing sales and marketing plan on key accounts, promote products to customers to earn sales orders.
針對重點客戶制定銷售策略和銷售計劃并推動實施。
5. Conducting new product development research, get customer needs and business growth points, and provide information serve for the company's sales growth points in the next 2-3 years.
組織新產品開發調研，確定客戶需求以及業務增長點,為公司未來2-3年的市場銷售增長點提供信息支撐；
6. Responsible for business negotiation with customer for cooperation issues, convince customers to accept contract trade terms and pricing.
負責與客戶合作事宜的商務談判, 說服客戶接受合同貿易條款、價格等。
7. Development and maintenance customer relationship, coordinate communications between customers and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
開發和維護客戶關系，協調客戶與公司內部各部門之間的溝通，以保持客戶滿意度。
8. Other works assigned by GM.
總經理安排的其他工作。
崗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above，5+years sales experience;
本科及以上學歷，5年以上銷售經驗；
2. Spoken & written English fluently;
流利的英語口語和書面表達；
3. Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills;
優秀的溝通表達及商務談判能力；
4. Be good at thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
善于思考并具備較強的問題解決能力；
5. Can be work under the pressure.
有較好的承受工作壓力和挫折的心理素質.
6. Be flexible to changing situation with negotiation and planning talent.
具備靈活應變的談判和規劃能力。
