Monitor industry policies and cultural differences to provide data support for product localization strategies. 4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with supporting departments (e.g., product, technology, operations) to coordinate resources and ensure efficient execution of overseas projects. Streamline departmental processes, optimize cross-team collaboration mechanisms, and improve business responsiveness.
