1. To support the BD Director & BD Manager’s with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets as agreed by both the Operational and Sales Leadership teams.
2. Develop the skills required to successfully manage own sales opportunities by taking responsibility for sourcing own development opportunities and undertaking all opportunities available.
3. Develop and build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Build relationships with operational managers and support functions. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
4. Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss the feasibility of these with the BD Director and team.
5. Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards, using the specialist support functions (procurement, HR, QHS etc) as well as local managers and the BD Director.
6. Raise the company profile by representing CBRE at industry events, networking events and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
8. Work closely with the BD Director and sales team to meet the sales targets agreed. Keep the BD team fully updated on all activity and prepare weekly data required..
9. Ensure that appropriate sign-offs are adhered to.
10. Maintain records and relevant contract documentation in the support of tenders and re-bids for the Business.
11. Deal promptly and professionally with all pre-qualifications and keep BD Director and sales team fully updated on progress.
Education
? Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
? MBA preferred.
