The Mechanical Design Engineer have a broad knowledge within the mechanical design field and is driving own activities on all product states in NPD projects until handover of serial BOM. The mechanical design engineer has a broad interface to different stakeholders and is part of a dynamic and multicultural R&D environment in a large and international organization. Main areas of responsibility: ?Specify the requirements that need to be included in the design solution. ?Development of concepts and design in detail of mechanical subsystems and components categorized as SSP (Small Steel Parts), like steel structures, platforms, stairs, railings, piping, etc. ?Large assemblies and advance shapes in 3D modeling using NX Siemens PLM. Using Teamcenter Siemens PLM as a document management system for e.g. administration of CAD models. ?Perform rough structural calculations on secondary structures (displacement, static yield, and vibration). ?Technical documentation like 2D drafting with Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS), D-FMEA, EHS Design Risk Assessment,Tolerance Stack Analysis, Purchase specification, etc. ?Execute design reviews with stakeholders and balance important requirements. ?Specification of test requirements, participation, and coordination of test activities to validate design. ?Participate in prototype- & pre-series assembly in workshop and implement lessons learned. ?Release of the engineering design and documentation package. Qualifications & Competences: ?Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar,with minimum 3 years of experience within product development and mechanical design engineering, preferably from the Wind industry. ?Good knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding and machining. ?Experience with NX PLM, Teamcenter PLM will be an advantage. ?Experience with structural calculations will be an advantage. ?Experience with the Machinery directive 2006/42/EC and with relevant technical standards such as EN ISO 14122 series will be an advantage. ?Experience with Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)will be an advantage. ?Self-starter, structured and pro-active problem solver that work well both independently and in teams. ?High degree of personal planning and able to meet deadlines. ?Possess strong communication skills in English, orally and in writing. 說明：公司與客戶對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)中的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)，外派人員到丹麥客戶處工作，與客戶團(tuán)隊(duì)一起進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。 外派時(shí)間計(jì)劃為2025/8-2026/3，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況可能延長0.5-1年。外派結(jié)束后，回到國內(nèi)沈陽公司工作。 除工資（8K-16K，根據(jù)個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力評(píng)估）外，公司提供人員在國外的住宿、定期往返國內(nèi)機(jī)票及合理的（根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厣钏剑┩馀裳a(bǔ)助。英語可作為工作語言，書面和口語都需要。
