崗位職責
1. 負責社交媒體廣告、信息流廣告、搜索廣告等投放渠道的創(chuàng)意策略制定與執(zhí)行,提升廣告CTR、CVR和ROI;
2. 結合用戶心理、行業(yè)趨勢、市場熱點,策劃高轉化率的廣告創(chuàng)意,包括短視頻、圖文、互動廣告、H5等形式;
3. 深入分析優(yōu)秀案例,研究不同投放渠道(Facebook、Google、TikTok等)的創(chuàng)意趨勢,持續(xù)優(yōu)化廣告內容;
4. 參與A/B測試,分析創(chuàng)意數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn),根據(jù)投放數(shù)據(jù)反饋優(yōu)化廣告文案、視覺、視頻剪輯等關鍵要素;
5. 協(xié)同設計、投放、數(shù)據(jù)分析團隊,推進創(chuàng)意測試迭代,制定不同用戶群體的精準創(chuàng)意方案;
6. 研究并應用AI生成內容(AIGC)工具,提高創(chuàng)意生產效率,探索新型廣告表達方式;
7. 關注國際創(chuàng)意趨勢,結合業(yè)務需求,制定全球化創(chuàng)意策略。
1. Develop and execute creative strategies for various advertising channels, including social media ads, native ads, and search ads, to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
2. Create high-conversion ad creatives—such as short videos, image-text formats, interactive ads, and H5 pages—based on user psychology, industry trends, and market hot topics.
3. Analyze successful cases in-depth and research creative trends across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok) to continuously optimize ad content.
4. Participate in A/B testing, analyze creative performance data, and optimize key elements such as copywriting, visuals, and video editing based on feedback.
5. Collaborate with design, media buying, and data analytics teams to drive creative testing and iteration, and craft tailored creative strategies for different user segments.
6. Research and apply AI-generated content (AIGC) tools to enhance creative production efficiency and explore new forms of advertising expression.
7. Stay up to date with global creative trends and develop globally aligned creative strategies in response to business needs.
崗位基本需求
1. 本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、廣告?zhèn)髅健⒁曈X設計、新聞傳播等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 2年以上廣告創(chuàng)意策劃、增長運營、品牌營銷等相關經驗,有投放型廣告創(chuàng)意經驗者優(yōu)先;
3. 熟悉Facebook、TikTok、Google等廣告平臺的創(chuàng)意玩法、投放邏輯、用戶心理;
4. 具備文案策劃能力,能撰寫高轉化率的廣告Slogan、短視頻腳本、落地頁文案等;
5. 對短視頻、社交媒體廣告創(chuàng)意有較強的理解,具備視頻腳本策劃、分鏡設計、剪輯思維;
6. 具備數(shù)據(jù)思維,能結合廣告投放數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化創(chuàng)意,提升廣告表現(xiàn);
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Design, Journalism, or related fields;
2. Over 2 years of experience in advertising creative planning, growth operations, or brand marketing; experience in performance advertising creatives is a plus;
3. Familiar with creative formats, ad delivery mechanisms, and user psychology on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google;
4. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft high-conversion ad slogans, short video scripts, and landing page copy;
5. Solid understanding of short video and social media ad creatives; skilled in video scriptwriting, storyboard design, and editing logic;
6. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to optimize creatives based on advertising performance data to enhance ad effectiveness.
