崗位職責
廣告投放策略&管理
1. 負責某一個主流效果廣告平臺(如Google、Facebook、TikTok等)的日常運營與管理,包括賬戶搭建、關鍵詞選取、營銷活動定位、用戶分層和篩選、出價優化、消耗節奏等,不斷提升廣告投放的質量與效果;
2. 定期對本渠道的廣告投放策略進行復盤與優化,根據市場動態、用戶行為變化及投放數據反饋,及時調整策略方向,保障廣告投放始終保持高效;
廣告創意策劃與優化?
1. 協同設計部門,策劃富有吸引力與轉化力的廣告創意,包括廣告文案、圖片、視頻等素材的構思與制作指導,確保廣告內容能夠有效吸引用戶關注并激發其行動;
2. 基于 A/B 測試等方法,對廣告創意進行持續優化,通過分析不同創意版本的投放數據,挖掘用戶喜好與行為規律,不斷迭代創意內容,提高廣告的點擊率、轉化率等關鍵指標;
數據分析與效果評估?
1. 實時收集、整理與分析廣告投放數據,包括曝光量、點擊量、轉化率、成本等關鍵指標,深入洞察廣告投放效果及用戶行為路徑;
2. 定期出具詳細、專業的廣告投放效果評估報告,通過數據可視化呈現投放成果,精準定位問題與機會點,并提出針對性的優化建議與解決方案,為廣告投放決策提供有力的數據支持;?
3. 運用數據分析手段,對用戶進行細分與畫像,深入了解不同用戶群體的特征與需求,實現廣告的精準定向投放,提升廣告投放的精準度與投資回報率。?
Advertising Strategy & Management
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of a major performance advertising platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok), including account setup, campaign targeting, user segmentation and filtering, bid optimization, and pacing—continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of ad campaigns.
2. Regularly review and optimize advertising strategies for the assigned platform. Adjust strategic direction in a timely manner based on market dynamics, user behavior changes, and performance feedback to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
Ad Creative Planning & Optimization
1. Collaborate with the design team to plan compelling and conversion-driven ad creatives, including ad copy, images, videos, etc. Guide the production process to ensure the content effectively captures user attention and drives action.
2. Continuously optimize creative content using methods such as A/B testing. Analyze performance data of different creative versions to identify user preferences and behavior patterns, iterating to improve key metrics such as CTR and conversion rate.
Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation
1. Collect, organize, and analyze real-time advertising data, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, cost metrics, etc., to gain deep insights into campaign performance and user behavior.
2. Produce detailed and professional performance reports regularly, using data visualization to clearly present results. Identify issues and opportunities, and propose actionable optimization recommendations and solutions to support informed decision-making.
3. Leverage data analysis to segment users and build user profiles, gaining a thorough understanding of different audience groups’ characteristics and needs. This enables highly targeted advertising and improved return on investment.
崗位基本需求
1. 本科及以上學歷,海內外名校畢業優先,統計學、計算機科學等相關專業優先;
2. 工作經驗?:2年以上海外效果廣告投放經驗;
3. 英文流利,順暢溝通;
4. 熟悉互聯網行業,對海外主流效果廣告平臺(如Google、Facebook、TikTok等)有實操經驗;
5. 具備扎實的廣告投放專業知識,精通廣告投放策略制定、渠道管理、創意策劃、數據分析等各個環節,能夠制定并執行高效的廣告投放方案;
6. 熟練掌握數據分析工具,能夠運用數據分析方法對廣告投放數據進行深入挖掘與分析,具備較強的數據敏感度與數據驅動決策能力;
7. 具備高度的責任心與敬業精神,工作認真負責,注重細節,對工作結果有強烈的追求與擔當。?
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university (domestic or international); majors in Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance advertising for overseas markets.
3. Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
4. Familiar with the internet industry, with practical experience on major global performance advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok).
5. Solid knowledge of advertising operations, including strategy development, channel management, creative planning, and data analysis; capable of independently designing and executing effective advertising campaigns.
6. Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, able to extract insights from advertising data with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
7. Highly responsible and dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results with a strong sense of accountability.
