體外ADME科研員（北京） 崗位描述: 百濟神州DMPK部門正在尋找一名有才華和上進心的科研員加入團隊，該人選將專注于進行體外吸收、分布、代謝和排泄（ADME）研究，并與快節奏的藥物研究團隊合作，圍繞小分子的體外ADME特征提供科學的方向。 工作職責:

• 獨立開展，分析和解釋體外ADME實驗，包括但不限于代謝穩定性，滲透性，蛋白結合率，酶誘導/抑制，轉運體和藥物相互作用評估。
• 獨立開發LC-MS/MS方法并處理體外樣品。
• 獨立操作、故障排除和維護LC-MS/MS設備。
• 在藥物研究中圍繞體外ADME策略，同時探索新的技術和方法。

任職要求:

• 藥代動力學、藥物代謝、藥學等相關專業碩士及以上學位
• 在體外ADME方面具有豐富的實踐經驗
• 具有對細節的敏銳眼光和專注于明確研究結果的能力
• 良好的人際關系，溝通，解決問題和協作能力，在快節奏的環境中提供高質量的結果
